Teal Trot 2018
The Georgia Ovarian Cancer Alliance hosts this year’s “Teal Trot” 5K on Saturday, September 15 at Chastain Park. The annual walk/run coincides with September’s National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month to celebrate, honor and remember gynecologic cancer survivors and patients, their families, caregivers and friends. Presented by Northside Hospital Cancer Institute, Teal Trot is one of the largest ovarian cancer awareness events in the Southeast.
Teal Trot is a family-friendly event that raises funds to support and expand the statewide education and awareness programs of the Georgia Ovarian Cancer Alliance. Strollers and pets (on leash) are welcome. As always, ovarian cancer survivors and patients walk for free. Otherwise, the registration fees start at $30 and will increase closer to the event date. Registration for the event is now open. To sign up, build your team and begin fundraising, please visit www.TealTrot.com.
