City Winery Presents A Down Home Brewing Autumn Beer Party

On Saturday, October 13th, City Winery is partnering with Down Home Brewing for an afternoon of fun on the urban winery’s expansive outdoor patio to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the brewery. While the Atlanta leaves are falling, craft beers lovers can enjoy frosty brews from Atlanta’s first African-American-owned brewing company, Down Home Brewing. Brewmaster and Founder Chris Reeves will be on site pouring glasses of his handcrafted Georgia Hooch IPA (6.8% ABV) and T-Pom Pomegranate Wheat Ale (6.3% ABV). Executive Chef Nick Anderson will also be firing up the Big Green Egg serving his spin on Southern classics like Barbecue Brisket Sandwiches, Beer Can Chicken, Potato Salad, House-made coleslaw and potato chips.
