Winter Solstice Yoga
Join us at North Public Grounds for Winter Solstice Yoga.
We will welcome the winter season by bundling up and moving in unison on the shortest day of the year. This gentle yoga class accessible for people of all ages, abilities, genders, and faiths. This meditative practice will incorporate physical movements, stretching, breathing, and deep relaxation.
Please bring your own mat, towel, or chair. Yoga will be led by Mystic Lotus Yoga and Nirvana Yoga.
