Evening Yoga and Meditation Flow with Mentoring: Focus>Distraction
Enjoy a calm and relaxing class with heart opening simple Yoga poses punctuated with moments of stillness, allowing the perfect length of Meditation to go deeply and comfortably into quiet time with yourself. Class is completed with group Meditation Mentoring/Sharing for positive reinforcement to continue practice!
Each class consists of Yoga poses, Qi-Gong, body scanning/relaxation, Mindfulness, and Heartfulness, all performed on your yoga mat which will allow you to bring better focus to the ever changing moments, aiding in relieving stress, depression, anxiety and boosting confidence!
This class' Theme is Focus>Distraction - Using focus to be objective of mental and emotional distractions for better understanding and decision making!
