Wild Game Festival Menu at Petite Violette - January 30, 2019

Petite Violette invites you to try something new and offers a limited-time special Wild Game Festival Menu every evening through Saturday, February 2. The Menu features Venison Three Ways which includes venison meatballs in a creamy game sauce, venison piroshkies with a fresh herb béarnaise and venison chili, for $14.95. Additionally, there’s Antelope and Venison Stroganoff, which is fine morsels of South Texas antelope and venison seared in a light cream sauce, topped with oyster mushrooms on a bed of homemade spätzle, for $29.95. The menu also boasts marinated Roast Wild Boar topped with a game sauce and served with red cabbage and spätzle, for $23.95. Lastly, the menu offers an herb-seasoned Roast Cornish Game Hen stuffed with wild rice, for $24.95. Because this dish is roasted fresh daily, quantities are limited.
In addition to the Wild Game Festival Menu, Petite Violette will serve its regular dinner menu.
