Guests can cozy up with their date and enjoy a three-course prix-fixe dinner from Yebo Ski Haus. First course menu options include lighter fare such as the Crab Cake, Spinach Salad and Wild Mushroom Soup. For the main course, guests can choose from menu specialties including the Arctic Char, Ostrich Bolognese or Ribeye. Finish the evening on a sweeter note with Yebo’s Chocolate Mousse or Amarula Cheesecake. $50 per person, tax and gratuity not included. Special wine pairings will be available with each course for an additional $25 per person.
