Join O-Ku’s executive chef Jack Fang on Wednesday, September 4, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. for a night of wining and dining at Atlanta Botanical Gardens’ chef-led dinner, the Fresh Plate Series. The four-course menu, pulling inspiration from O-Ku’s innovative take on Japanese fare, will be prepared, plated and served to guests in the Edible Garden Outdoor Kitchen. Guests can indulge in Fang’s signature dishes – pulling fresh ingredients straight out of the garden – while sipping on a paired beverage. Tickets are $69, and reservations are required.
