In the morning, teachings on generating the supreme good heart of Bodhichitta, the intention to attain enlightenment out of compassion for all beings.
Followed in the afternoon by the opportunity to engage the Bodhisattva Vow Ceremony. The Bodhisattva Vow Ceremony is a beautiful ritual prayer service in which we generate a supreme good heart and make a promise to attain enlightenment. This traditional Buddhist practice is the gateway by which someone enters the path to enlightenment.
