The Blank Theatre’s NATHAN C JONES- A LOVE STORY? is a world premiere one man musical told through a series of different conversations Nathan has with himself over the course of Nathan’s “love” story with a co-worker. The show was originally conceived for a theater, but was rewritten and directed for a new streaming audience as Covid has shut down theatrical opportunities. Over the course of 50 engaging minutes, we watch Nathan’s evolution of blossoming love turning… extremely sour. And because of the current pandemic, the isolation Nathan feels during this “post-truth” era makes NATHAN C JONES a much more relevant and compelling story for streaming audiences. As Broadway World puts it: “It may not be the musical you expect but it is most definitely the musical we need.”
