Barks & Brews - Dream Dachshund Rescue Fundraiser

Join us on November 15 for a fun-filled day of fundraising. We will be hosting our 3rd annual sausage walk at 12:30 and going to Orpheus Brewing immediately afterward for additional activities. The minimum donation for the sausage walk is $5 per person. For those of you new to the walk, bring your sausage dog and enjoy a slow .5 mile walk in Piedmont Park. Costumes are always welcome.

Check-in times for the sausage walk will begin at 12:15 PM and the starting point will be in front of Orpheus Brewing. Be on the lookout for our check-in table and the crowd of sausage dogs.

Street parking is available in the surrounding area. No dedicated brewery parking.

In order to participate in the sausage walk, we are asking for a minimum $5 donation per person participating. This can be pre-paid via PayPal or can be paid day-of via credit card or cash. An additional donation of $10 or more gives you a brand new Dream Dachshund Rescue Mask that you can be fashionable wearing during your walk.

After the sausage walk, we will be hosting a fundraiser at Orpheus Brewing that is located in Piedmont Park. While enjoying your pints, we will be discussing all of DREAM’s recent activities with our TN puppymill rescue pups, learning about psychology, medical care, and training, and (most importantly) raising funds for all the pups currently in our care.

So bring your pup, your wallet, and be ready for a fun day of long dog fun!

Can’t attend? Don’t worry, we will be streaming everything live on Facebook so you don’t have to miss a thing!

Masks will be required for in-person attendance.
