Check out the Blue Bottle Series in conversation with Bridgette Burton and Kelundra Smith of Interface Theatre. Hush Harbor Lab is a new play development company for Black Artists in Atlanta.

Bridgette Burton is a young arts leader with hopes to continue a career in arts administration and seeks to find experiences that will enhance her growth and enable her to spread arts education across the world. She currently holds three degrees: a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences and a Master of Public Administration degree where she specialized in Nonprofit Management and Higher Education.As an arts administrator, she has had the pleasure of working at Steppenwolf Theatre Company, the UGA Performing Arts Center, the Alliance Theatre and the Mable House Barnes Ampphitheatre.. She is currently the Artistic Producing Associate at Baltimore Center Stage. As an artist, she writes, directs, does a little dramaturgy, photography, and acts.

Kelundra Smith is a theater critic, arts journalist, and playwright based in Atlanta. Her work has been published in The New York Times, The Atlanta Journal Constitution, Atlanta Magazine, American Theatre, and TDF Stages. She is the co-chair of the American Theatre Critics Association’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. She also facilitates arts criticism workshops for students across the country. She is an alumna of the Goldring Arts Journalism program in the Newhouse School at Syracuse University and a past National Critics Institute fellow at the O’Neill Theatre Center.
