Esseks (Sam Eckstein) is a Brooklyn-based producer and visual artist. His music ranges from all the bass-centric genres with a focus on the off-kilter. The diverse elements of his music are tied together with Esseks’ subtly dark but playful sound and visual aesthetic. He has built an extensive catalog of music since his first release in 2012 across various labels, including Wakaan, Subcarbon, Saturate, and most recently Deadbeats. His music is accompanied by visual work that is a key component to his vision, whether illustration, animation, or design. All of the artwork, merchandise, and visual content on stage are illustrated and designed by Esseks himself.

tiedye ky embodies heart, vulnerability and nostalgia in an ethereal sound palette that resonates from the chest. There are no boundaries in the delivery of anti-pop, genre-bending arrangements that are capable of making you cry and lying deep in the pocket of the dance floor.
