Indian Street Food is, simply put, a ‘party in your mouth!’ With flavors, textures and even temperatures that span a whole spectrum, the many dishes that make up Indian street food are eclectic, surprising and, above all, FUN!
Join Chef Naina Bhedwar, expert on all-things-spiced, for a cooking class that spotlights a beloved street food dish, Dahi Papdi Chaat, that has been lovingly nicknamed, ‘Indian Nachos.’
You will be guided by the Chef in this partial hands-on class that will be packed with tips and tricks about the inner workings of Indian food, helping to demystify spices and techniques that go well beyond just street food, leaving you full, in every way!

To start: Indian Inspired Hummus | crudites (compliments of the Chef)
To savor: Dahi Papdi Chaat – Indian Nachos (partial demo + hands-on cooking class)
To sweeten: Bhapa Doi – cardamom infused set sweet yogurt | glazed berries (compliment of the Chef)
