Event Description
Bōlají, a Houston vocalist, and Atlanta producer C. Blues met each other on social media in 2021 and clicked immediately. With their R&B, Rap and Pop influences, the duo has built momentum in the underground scene with their electric sound. After releasing their first songs “Brighter Dayz” and “Girl R U Home?”, Palace Floor dropped their debut project, a 7-song EP titled “inHale.” The duo followed up with multiple singles and an EP, then released “Out of Mind”, their most streamed track to date. Their second project “exHale.” arrived in late 2023 with two songs getting music videos. Palace Floor put out 3 singles leading up to summer 2024’s full-length System Sounds, with a music video and documentary.
It can be hard to capture exactly what type of music Destin Laurel makes. The young artist from East Atlanta makes many stylistic hybrids of music stemming originally from hip-hop, playing with elements of Gospel, Dance, Pop, and R&B. Laurel’s versatility surpasses his 18 years of age, engineering and recording every song he makes in his bedroom. As a fellow rapper-producer, it’s only right that his sound has been influenced by the other prominent rapper-producers of today - Kanye West, Pharrell, and Tyler, the Creator. Outside of the creative abilities, he also possesses the desire to spread his contagious-yet-humble poise.
D’mari Harris is an artist who can never be boxed in. He grew an early love for R&B but his exposure to Hip-Hop & Pop would help him develop his own sound. D’mari has released 25 songs across 3 EPs & various singles. His discography offers something for everyone. D’mari has notably featured on the songs ‘Drown’ by redveil & ‘Trust Issues by KASHDAMI with Riovaz. He completed a US tour in 2023, as the opening act for redveil & femdot., visiting 22 cities.
