Burn Babes

Lauren Leathers (vox, keys) and Ian Hunter Rowland (vox, guitar, bass) met in 2012 at the University of Georgia. The two quickly became friends, regularly attending Athens and Atlanta-based shows. In June 2020, the two formed Burn Babes. Pulling influence from The Beaches, Amy Winehouse, 4 Non Blondes, Britney Spears, and Avril Lavigne, the duo combines old-school classics with new-age feminist rock ‘n’ roll.
