MammaBear announce third single ‘Hailey’ from third LP “Free Radicals” (Alternative, Indie Acoustic)

‘Hailey’, which releases August was recorded in quarantine at Sampson Sound, produced, mixed and engineered by Kris Sampson, and features MammaBear lead Kyle Gordon, Ben Davidow (The Buzzards of Fuzz, Sash the Bash, Phantom Electric), and Josh Longino (Gringo Star, The Disapyramids).

‘Hailey’ is an intimate indie rock ballad. Like a soft morning light, it fights its way through swaying tree branches and window blinds that cast shadows across your bedroom floor like the prison bars of memory. Lost love melts into a myre of psychedelic fishing wire, snaring the listener with lush vocals and acoustically driven rose thorn hooks. ‘Hailey’ showcases that MammaBear is able to modulate from heavier and tougher tendencies to tender yet dark, sweeping melancholic sonic depths. The omertà is broken, the secret is out, take a listen.
