Take a break from tequila
The margaritas may rock, but don’t forget Agave’s dedication to vino. On Tuesday, Feb. 26, Agave presents a four-course Spanish Wine Dinner. Start with a splash of Castellbonet Cava Brut, NV. Then move on to roasted quail paired with Bodegas Montecillo White Rioja 2000. Next, try the seared shrimp and crawfish cakes paired with Duque de Medina Reserva 1995. To follow, there’s roasted with an applewood smoked bacon grit cake and Osborne Solaz ‘99.
