Brookhaven and the Pink Pony, after being locked in a controversial legal battle, have reachs a six-year “transition” deal that will allow the strip club to continue business as usual in exchange for $250,000 per year.

Atlanta developer Jeff Fuqua has hit another roadblock with his proposed Lindbergh development.

A private lawyer for Cobb County Chairman Tim Lee is asking the county’s ethics board to not hold a hearing about a recent complaint that looks into whether he helped negotiate a preliminary deal with the Atlanta Braves.

More than 130,000 people have signed an online petition to help Stephen Bailey, who faces theft and obstruction charges for allegedly taking a dog from a backyard in southwest Atlanta, get those charges dropped. “The dog was in direct sunlight, no food, no water and it had been there long enough to have defecated in the crate twice,” Bailey told WSB-TV.
