The mammoth auto assembly plant in DeKalb County that General Motors mothballed years ago might soon have a new owner. Atlanta-based Integral Group and its partners were in the final stages of purchasing the property on Friday. The group plans to transform the 162-acre parcel into a development served by adjacent MARTA rail.
