ASW Distillery Dec. 15, 2017, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Holiday Sip & Shop Join the folks at ASW for a festive holiday experience. Enjoy complimentary coffee and biscuits from East Pole Coffee, along with discounts on select ASW items. Details

Nancy’s Pizza Buckhead Dec. 15, 2017, 4-9 p.m. Grand Opening Celebration Nancy’s Chicago Pizza is joining forces with youth leadership program the Stewart Foundation for a grand opening pizza party. The restaurant will donate 10 percent of the day’s sales to he foundation. The Buckhead Chamber of Commerce and local community leaders will celebrate the occasion with an official ribbon cutting ceremony, 50 percent off any cheese pizza, and hourly drawings from 5 p.m. on for Nancy’s Pizza swag. The grand prize winner will receive free pizza for a year.

Truly Living Well Collegetown Farm Dec. 16, 2017, 4-9 p.m. Light the Farm Since 2006, Truly Living Well Center for Natural Urban Agriculture has strived to increase food access and food sovereignty for all by creating shared green spaces and growing healthy food in urban communities. This holiday season, they’ll celebrate food’s power to bring people together with their annual holiday fundraising event, Light the Farm, an evening of hot drinks and cold weather in a Westside garden hung with twinkling lights. Admission is free to tour the garden, and the festival will include  plenty of food, drinks, live music, children’s activities, and a local vendor’s market for shopping holiday gifts. Donations will help Truly Living Well bring their education programs to a broader community. (Note: This event was originally scheduled for Dec. 9 but rescheduled due to weather.) Details

Arches Brewing Dec. 16, 2017, 1-6 p.m. FAB Holiday Market Head to Arches for its second annual FAB (Fire Arts Beer) Holiday Market, featuring seasonal beers and bites from the Rust Bros. The Rust Bros will serve nosh fireside, and a curated selection of local artists’ work will be on display. Details

JCT. Kitchen & Bar Dec. 16, 2017, 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Santa Claus at JCT Kitchen The season’s jolliest old man will be strolling through JCT Kitchen & Bar at lunchtime, greeting families and posing for pictures with guests. Details

Monday Night Garage Dec. 16, 2017, 5 p.m. Imperial Stout Bottle Release Head to Monday Night Garage to stock up on their decadent Situational Ethics variants, a trio of imperial stouts that will be available to purchase by the bottle. Beer connoisseurs can opt to indulge in a VIP experience, which includes samples of each variant and the chance to chat with head brewer Peter Kiley. Details

B’s Cracklin’ BBQ Dec. 16, 2017, 9 a.m. Bombass Biscuits Pop-up Erika Council of Southern Souffle returns to B’s Cracklin’ BBQ this weekend. Barleygarden Kitchen & Craft Bar Dec. 16, 2017, 11 a.m. Taps for Tots Want to give and get at the same time? Barleygarden is partnering with Toys for Tots to bring children a bright and merry holiday season. Arrive at the Avalon restaurant with an unwrapped toy and be entered in a raffle to win prize baskets from different breweries. The beer starts flowing at 11 a.m., and the raffle kicks off at 8 p.m. Details

Second Self Beer Company Dec. 16, 2017, 12-7 p.m. Pours for Pets One Year Anniversary Second Self is celebrating one year of raising money for animal shelters around Atlanta, and what better way to celebrate than with some brews? Purple Door Salon Dec. 17, 2017, 8 p.m.-12 a.m. A Christmas Dinner Party: Winter Wonderland Guests are invited to mix and mingle for a good cause at a dinner party catered by Twisted Soul. Holiday cocktails and seasonal dishes will be on hand to enjoy, and guests will have the chance to win raffle prizes and take advantage of a festive photo booth. Details



Secret location (TBD) Dec. 17, 2017, 7 p.m. Dinner at El Palador Maricela Vega, owner and chef of chicomecóATL, is hosting a vegan-centric dinner celebrating winter vegetables and the abundance of love that accompanies the holiday season. Guests will enjoy four courses with beverage pairings in a traditional Cuban dining setting, which will be announced the day of the event. Details
