Twenty-eight Georgia politicians that received campaign contributions from the CCA

Eleven state senators and 17 state reps received a total of $24,400 in campaign contributions from CCA in 2009 and ‘10, not to mention the $5,000 Gov. Nathan Deal and his opponent Roy Barnes each received. The individual sums aren’t particularly impressive, but the politicians that received CCA funds were mostly Republican who voted overwhelmingly in favor of HB 87.
