Andrea Bezzechis of Acetaia San Giacomo produces traditional balsamic vinegar in Reggio Emilia, Italy, and will be in town to create a unique dining experience. Bezzechis joins Bellina chef David Berry to take guests on a five-course journey of delicious food and vinegar combinations, all accompanied by a unique wine selection.
