In Portuguese, the second album from Atlanta’s twisted psych-pop provocateurs Hello Ocho, is set to arrive Fri., April 1. It’s been a long time in the making; a time that witnessed changes in both Hello Ocho’s personnel and indeed the group’s approach to songwriting. But the constituent art-rock parts remain intact, giving rise to a transcendent experience.
