Chef Andy Tran and Daniel Crawford’s Ramen Crush has a new stop at Miller Union
It’s soup weather, folks, and Ramen Crush ATL is back just in time with insulating layers of broth, noodles, and toppings to slurp by the bowlful. Late this summer, Ramen Crush fed the hoards that eagerly lined up at Ration and Dram and awaited steaming bowls of chef Andy Tran’s (Lusca, Octopus Bar) noodle-y broth. For the next couple of month’s Miller Union (999 Brady Ave. N.W., 678-733-8550. www.millerunion.com) will host Tran and partner Daniel Crawford’s pop-up.

? Service begins at 5 p.m. and lasts until the ramen run out. Tran’s menu will feature starters and two types of ramen nightly, including a vegetarian option. Ingredients and flavors will rotatatem but look forward to Tran’s spicy miso, rich tonkotsu, and light shio broths. Ramen Crush ATL returns this Sun., Nov. 15 and pops-up the following three Sundays (11/22, 12/6,12/13).
