In January 2020, Emory University became the 8th Science Gallery Network (SGN) member, forming Science Gallery Atlanta (SGA) at Emory University. The SGN consists of leading universities across the world united around a singular mission: to ignite creativity and discovery where science and art collide. SGA is currently the only international network member in the United States and is located in the greater Metro Atlanta region (Metro ATL).

SGA’s mission and purpose are to create multi-dimensional experiences that foster a dynamic new model for community engagement focused on imagination, innovation, and participatory science.
