An upscale adult private membership nightclub (Trapeze Atlanta) is currently seeking an

ASSISTANT MANAGER

The Assistant Manager will be assisting the General Manager of the club. The Assistant Manager executes company policies, procedures and programs required to operate the club and maintain a profit.

Primary Responsibilities will include:
•Assisting the General Manager in the daily operations of the club
•Direct Supervision of Staffing/Scheduling
•Inventory Control
•Policies & Procedures
•Floor Presentation(s)
•Gross Margin/Loss Prevention
•Member Relations

Ideal Candidates must possess the following:
•Ability to work a 50+ hour work week with the availability to work Wednesday through Sunday during various NIGHTCLUB and NON-NIGHTCLUB hours.
•Common Sense and Good Judgment.
•Minimum of 2 years (consecutively) management experience in a hotel, restaurant, nightclub or resort. **We are willing to TRAIN the right candidate!**
•Must be highly organized.
•Ability to pass an extensive background check.
