Tech Tales - Story Time for Young Explorers
Looking for kid-friendly activities? Computer Museum of America (CMoA) is here to help you entertain your kids this summer and help them learn at the same time! Every Friday starting June 25th through July 30th at 1PM, we will read stories about innovators, engineers, space, and all things tech. Listen to some great stories, do an activity, and spend time exploring the museum before or after storytime. Free with admission. Become a museum member and attend the summer reading series for free and access to the museum for a full year. Ideal for kids aged 4 to 10 years old. The Mimms Museum of Technology and Art in Roswell blends historic tech and creativity, from
CRAY supercomputers and space-age relics to a STEAM Timeline of computing history and a
surviving Enigma machine. Highlights include hands-on retro gaming and rotating art
installations. The museum also features iNSPIRE: 50 Years of Innovation from Apple,
showcasing over 2,000 rare Apple artifacts, prototypes, and iconic devices celebrating five
decades of innovation. A lecture series, pop-up demos, a children’s reading program, evening hours, summer camps,
