Andre 3000 practically hijacks the new Gorillaz/James Murphy collaboration “DoYaThing” with a killer verse that takes up more than half of the 4-and-a-half minute track. He starts off rapping marathon bars midway through — sneaking in jabs at the perennial “when’s Andre gonna rap again” whiners — before ending with some funky 3000 vocals.

This is a radio rip of “DoYaThing” due to drop for download on Converse’s website tomorrow. Near the end of the track, a radio DJ with some sorta Cockney-sounding accent is overheard saying the oft-repeated refrain: “Can we get an OutKast album now?” Uh, ditto. But for now, shut up and rewind the track.
