Gucci Mane, now you see him, now you don't
After just 2 1/2 songs the trap rap staple was long gone
?
Gucci Mane quietly made history at MJQ with a quick in-and-out for Sloppy Second’s fifth anniversary party Saturday, July 9. After being released from jail where he was serving time for probation violation after pushing a woman out of a moving car, the trap rap staple was the main draw for the monthly bastion of dance club hedonism before heading over to his proper coming home party at Life Night Club later in the evening. At MJQ Klever, Tamara Sky, Heroes x Villains, Sofa King and Taradactyl were all stacked on the bill; although Klever’s return to MJQ after nearly three years was enough to guarantee a sell-out. Having Playboy model Tamara Sky spinning tunes didn’t hurt either. Adding Gucci Mane to the bill only pushed the spectacle over the top.
