Over at the Star Bar, Grinder Nova is celebrating the release of its brand new “Cordoba Raza” b/w “Tijuana Sidewinder” 7-inch (Malacas records) with a release party. Pinche Gringo from (Chapel Hill, NC), the Mystery Men?, Jeffery Bützer and the Atomic Rockets open the show. The band also says there will be dancing girls, Piñatas, and chicken shit bingo on hand, and the first 100 people through the door will get a free copy of the single. $7. 9 p.m.
