Hollywood Product - Wedding Crashers

?Genre:Romantic comedy.

The pitch:Jeremy (Vince Vaughn) and John (Owen Wilson) are a pair of divorce mediators who spend their weekends crashing weddings in a search for Ms. Right Now. But when John falls in love with one of his prey, the pair find themselves in over their heads.

Flesh factor:Although Wedding Crashers is clearly a "chick flick," director David Dobkin manages to force no less than three pairs of naked breasts into the film's first five minutes.

Creative casting:Co-star Christopher Walken may be known for playing quirky characters, but in Wedding Crashers he plays against type as a surprisingly reserved family patriarch.

Fashion statements:Wilson and Vaughn are clad in monkey suits for most of the film, but while locked in football battle against Walken's family, the duo don argyle sweater vests and J. Crew-esque madras pants.

Hit single:The classic yet annoying wedding reception tune "Shout" gets blasted early in the movie and receives several more spins, and a few honorable mentions, until the credits start rolling.

Money shot:At a family dinner, a date (Isla Fisher) gives Jeremy a hand job under the dining room table - and audiences get to enjoy the action via close-ups of his crotch.

Cameos:Revealing his identity would be a crime, but keep your eyes peeled for a certain former "SNL" star making a quickie guest appearance as a wedding crasher guru.

The bottom line:Despite loads of snappy banter provided by Wilson and Vaughn and lots of potentially slapstick situations, Wedding Crashers proves to be an uneven romp. The movie oversaturates some scenes with solid laughs and squanders other opportunities. Ultimately, Crashers comes across as a great setup without a satisfying punch line.
