It’s summer in Atlanta and there’s a festival on every corner. The VIRGINIA-HIGHLAND SUMMERFEST may be in the Highlands, but it’s no yuppie parade. The 24th annual event ends today, Sun., JUNE 3, and showcases artwork by more than 200 artists from the Southeast. Live music, including performances from Marc Broussard and Atlanta staple Drivin N Cryin, a 5K run, KidsFest and food and drink from local restaurants make Summerfest a destination for yuppies, foodies and families.
