Brave soul Jeff Hullinger came face-to-face with a shaved monkey three men nearly 60 years ago tried to pass off as an extraterrestrial in Cobb County. They ended up paying a $40 fine after causing some chaos. The "alien," which the men apparently "found," now sits in a jar in the Georgia Bureau of Investigation's DeKalb County museum.
