After six years in limbo, the documentary is ready for the public
A documentary about the Clermont Hotel once thought to be a thing of the past has since resurfaced. When the Clermont Hotel closed back in 2009, some local filmmakers decided to document, “the residents – and the people trying to keep the hotel alive – during its final days.” Fast forward six years, and with Clermont’s future is still a hot local topic, making the timing of the film’s reemergence even better.
