Omnivore - Holy Taco’s Robert Phalen taking over Shaun’s space
A new Spanish-influenced restaurant for Inman Park
Robert Phalen, the chef at Holy Taco (which just received a very nice 3-star review in the AJC), along with his business partners, have taken over the Inman Park space that most recently housed Shaun’s. Phalen says the cuisine will be “organic sustainable new cuisine with European undertones.” Spain will be a major influence, but the food will aim to be fun above all else. The yet-to-be-named restaurant is on the fast track - Phalen hopes to be open within three months or so.
This guy is one of the most inventive, interesting chefs in the city. I told you he was one to watch...
