Omnivore - Andrea Reusing comes to Watershed to promote her new book, Cooking in the Moment
The chef of Lantern in Chapel Hill N.C. cooks in Decatur for one night only.
Andrea Reusing - the James Beard nominee, chef of Lantern restaurant in Chapel Hill, N.C., and author of the new cookbook Cooking in the Moment - will be in town in a couple of weeks for a special dinner at Watershed in collaboration with chef Joe Truex. If you've never had the chance to eat at Lantern (and even if you have), this is an incredible opportunity to taste Reusing's cooking. Lantern has long been one of my favorite restaurants, and I'm thrilled that Andrea is getting the national attention she deserves.
The dinner will take place on Sunday, May 1 at 6:30 p.m. and will include six courses plus wine for $125. Tax and gratuity is included. For reservations, call Watershed at 404-378-4900.
