The Cook’s Warehouse Mon., March 5, 7-9 p.m. Chef Micah Willix of Latitude Demonstration and Tasting. This class is all about peas, as Chef Willix demonstrates how to prepare Sweet Pea Salad with pea shoots, soft boiled egg and local bacon, clams with peas, fava beans and cava, and roast spring lamb with smashed peas, mint and lemon aioli. The event costs $55 and includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese. ===Details===

Meehan’s Public House Tue., March 6, 5:30 p.m. Angels & Demons Beer Dinner at Meehan’s Public House - Vinings. Chef Branden Holte is serving up a three-course Angels & Demons dinner featuring Unibroue Brewery. Unibroue’s brand reflects Quebec culture. Inspired by the mid-evil décor of the brewery’s labels, Chef Branden designed a rustic feast including items like the braised veal short rib and pheasant diablos. ===RA Sushi=== Tue., March 6, 7 p.m. March Sake & Sushi Social. RA Sushi is continuing to host their monthly Sake and Sushi Social. Attendees will be able to roll up their sleeves and learn about sushi rolling and sake pairing basics while treating themselves to a selection of RA Sushi’s sushi, appetizers and sakes.
