Savi Provisions - which opened a sprawling market outpost in the Tuxedo Festival shopping Center in February - has just launched a new food truck, Savi Wagon, which reports to the tennis courts around Chastain Park six days a week from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. The mobile eatery offers fresh, organic juices including Mr. Cesari’s organic green lemonade - a combo of fresh lemons and organic vegetables - as well as Morning Magic - a mix of bananas, strawberries, almond milk, and vanilla Greek yogurt. Additional offerings include Lavazza coffee, smoothies, snacks, and sandwiches made with house-cured meats and Holeman & Finch breads.

After more than a month-long search to replace departed executive chef Craig Richards, Midtown Mediterranean restaurant Ecco (40 7th St.) has hired a new top toque in French Culinary Institute and Le Bernardin alum Jonathan Beatty, who most recently held the executive chef post at Chicago’s Davanti Enoteca. During his time at Davanti, Beatty helped the restaurant earn the tony accolade of “Best New Restaurant” from Chicago magazine. He brings an authentic finesse with Italian cuisine to the beloved Atlanta restaurant.
