Festival Guide
For current festival dates, event listings, and the latest Creative Loafing guide, see Inman Park Festival & Tour of Homes.
The Inman Park Festival & Tour of Homes is one of Atlanta's best-known neighborhood festivals, bringing live music, a street parade, an artists' market, family activities, and a ticketed Tour of Homes to one of the city's oldest and most scenic neighborhoods.
Held the last full weekend in April, the festival grew out of neighborhood revitalization efforts in the early 1970s and remains one of Atlanta's largest volunteer-run spring traditions.
What You'll Find
Festival weekend typically includes live music across multiple areas, the Tour of Homes, the festival parade, dance programming, artist and vendor booths, and family-friendly attractions.
For the current official schedule and daily event listings, visit the main festival guide.
Festival History
Inman Park was first developed in the late 1800s and is known for its historic homes, parks, and distinctive neighborhood character. The festival has long served as a showcase for the neighborhood and one of Atlanta's signature spring events.
