Join Anne Quatrano and her chefs in welcoming Chef Ashley Christensen (chef/owner of seven highly acclaimed restaurants in Raleigh, NC) on Sunday, December 4th for a dinner at Floataway Cafe to celebrate the release of her cookbook, Poole’s: Recipes and Stories from a Modern Diner. Atlanta Chefs Steven Satterfield (Miller Union) and Ryan Smith (Staplehouse) will join for a one of a kind experience to benefit Southern Foodways Alliance. The family-style dinner will begin at 5 p.m. and include live-music along with a signed copy of Christensen’s book for $125 per guest.
