Puerto Rican Heritage Celebration

For this second annual event, JP Atlanta’s executive chef Julio Delgado (pictured above) has invited five chefs from various Latin American restaurants around the city and abroad to host a special cultural showcase of Puerto Rican cuisine. Chefs Hector Santiago, Andre Gomez, Jimmy Carey, Xavier Pacheco and Pedro Alvarez will serve dinner from live food stations, where each chef will explain how their prepared dish is influenced by their heritage. Guests can wash down their meals with specialty rum cocktails, beer and wine while enjoying live Latin music. A portion of the proceeds benefit Ser Familia, a local charity dedicated to strengthening Latino families through education and empowerment. Tickets must be purchased in advance, and include full access to food and drinks.
