MARTA will hold a public hearing on Sept. 19 on bus service modifications to routes 2, 16, 33, 34, 47, 67, 102, 123, 165 and 191. The proposed changes would be implemented on Dec. 10, 2016.
At 6 p.m., an hour prior to each hearing, MARTA staff will be available to answer the public’s questions. The hearings begin promptly at 7 p.m.
MARTA regularly evaluates bus route performance including scheduling, on-time performance, ridership and safety. Final changes will be recommended based on feedback received from customers and the Authority’s service analysis.
Two other public hearings will be held on Sept. 21 at the Maloof Auditorium and on Sept. 22 at the Clayton County Commission Chambers.
