If you have a fitness tracker, it’s easy to see these gadgets are an excellent way kick start your fitness journey. But if you have a fitness tracker for the specific purpose of competing with a friend, spouse or employer health benefits program we can help you reach 1K STEPS for a good cause! Atlanta based on-line fitness coach, Ryan Renkema, is offering a 60-minute high intensity interval training workout class to anyone who’s interested in making a community impact with every step. The workout is completely FREE but donations are appreciated. All proceeds from the program will benefit a different non-profit randomly selected weekly.
No fitness tracker? No problem. Come as you please on Thursdays at 5:30pm weekly from October 6th - November 17th.
