Save some room for heavy hors d’ouevre with mahi mahi cevhiche from Chef Mikiel Arnold of The Freakin Incan. RReal Tacos Barbecue Tacos simmer in the air as Tapa Tapa Chef Oscr Mendivil makes tamales with caviar and cream fraiche close by. Yes, this is actually happening. Chefs are celebrating their culture with traditional dishes combined with their favorite flavors for one big ffeast. Red Hare Brewing company, a Spanish wine company, and a bourbon supplier will be serving drinks along side these dishes. All proceedings go to the Ser Familia Charity.
