Chef Eli Kirstein will host the 2016 Tomahawk edition of Chef's Course Dinner, a refined three-hour culinary experience. The all-inclusive dinner begins with a reception of small bites from each chef and a tasting of Quintessa Illumination Sauvignon Blanc. Multiple courses paired with premium wines will follow, including a dry-aged Tomahawk Chop paired with Faust Cabernet to cap the meal. Guests will be guided through their meal by various participants with a focus on local ingredients and responsible agriculture.At Luminary
