Grill for the restaurant's monthly Wednesday wine tasting series on Wednesday, June 7, any time between 5 and 6:30 p.m. The June tasting includes three wines from Truchard Vineyards and a perfect food pairing with each, including: sopes stuffed with shrimp and pineapple ceviche; grilled salmon; and grilled steak with hash fingerlings, cherries, red wine and thyme.
