In a scene that's saturated with white dudes (no offense, white dudes), one has to dig a little deeper to find people of color in the Atlanta punk scene. PUNK BLACK is a monthly independent rock event/organization presented by Young Gods Rebel, specifically geared to feature people of color in the local punk music/art scene and community. PUNK BLACK returns this month at Union EAV with a five-band lineup, local vendor Smith Creativ, as well as free comics provided by My Parents' Basement for those in Cosplay.
