From the venue:
Hiring a good employee is not just about knowing the rules and preparing a comprehensive job description; there’s an art to it as well. Hire the right person, you can rule the world. Hire the wrong person, you can’t even sleep. This interactive program will weave together the hows and whys of hiring with techniques for interpreting non-verbal clues and behavioral styles. Attendees will leave with a better idea of how to find the right person for the job. Whether you are a center director hiring a consultant or a consultant advising your clients, this program is for you.
Learning objectives:
Attendees will leave this session with a greater confidence that they can determine what to look for in a job applicant, how to screen and interview that applicant, and read between the lines to find the best match for the job.
Attendees will also be able to assist their clients who are having trouble with not only finding good candidates, but also hiring mis-matches for the jobs.
They will be given tools to help them determine what to look for, what to ask, and how to bring the hire on board with the greatest chance of success.
