Living Walls and WeLoveBuHi, aka LWBuHi, present a four-day conference to celebrate Buford Highway's cultural diversity and the conception of the BuHi Walk, a public art project and walkway connecting interior walkways and informal pedestrian paths in the neighborhood. The series kicks off on Thurs., Sept. 14 with a panel discussion of the immigrant experience in Atlanta. The fun picks up on Friday with a movie night at Canton House Chinese Restaurant and continues into Saturday, with an open-air night market and block party. Things wrap up on Sunday as the executive directors of each organization discuss the state of street art and its role in building community.
