Welcome 2018 at Atlanta’s iconic restaurant, Polaris at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta! The signature, blue-domed restaurant is offering a special prix-fixe menu for the night. The menu, set at $85 per person ($110 to add wine and champagne pairings), features three outstanding courses to accompany the restaurant’s breathtaking city views.

Menu includes a chef’s special amuse bouche, Polaris baked oysters, burratini cheese and pomegranate salad, butternut squash and apple soup, steak and lobster and a Celebration 18 dessert.
